General promotional terms and conditions “Like, LetUsKnow & Win 2020”

I. General

1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition “Like, LetUsKnow & Win the Herve Paris “Love is Sweet” candy box!” (hereinafter to be called “Promotion”) as organised by Herve Paris operated by Global Bridal Service BV, located in The Netherlands, Oldenzaal 7575AB in the Enschedesestraat 6 (hereinafter to be called “Organiser”).

2. This Promotion has as objective the giving away of one (1) Herve Paris Love is Sweet box filled with candy (hereinafter to be called “Prize”) among all participants that have liked this post and have left a message below the post (hereinafter to be called “Participant” and/or “Participants”). Out of all Participants, one message will be chosen, after which the creator of this message wins one (1) Herve Paris Love is Sweet candy box. A number of limiting conditions have been established for this; see III. The Prize.

3. This Promotion runs from February 14, 2020 until February 17, 2020 – 23:59. The winner will be announced afterwards on social media channels of Herve Paris.

4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time without giving reasons and to change the promotional terms and conditions in the meantime. A revised version of promotional terms and conditions will be republished, provided with a new date.

5. By participating, the Participant declares to agree to the content of these promotional terms and conditions. The Participant also declares to agree with the general terms and conditions of Facebook and Instagram that remain applicable in addition to these promotional terms and conditions.

II. Participation

6. Participating in this Promotion means that the Participant agrees with these general promotional terms and conditions.

7. Participation in this Promotion is free of charge and open to anyone, excluding employees of Global Bridal Service BV as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved with this Promotion in an organisational case.

8. Participation is also not allowed for persons younger than eighteen years of age.

9. The information needed for participation become property of Global Bridal Service and will not be sold or provided to third parties. The information is stored in a database; the Personal Date Protection Act (PDPA) applies to this file. The information will only be used for this Promotion and for the awarding of the Prize and will be deleted after this Promotion.

10. By participating in this Promotion, the Prize winners give permission to Global Bridal Service to use their names and/or photos they submitted for promotional objectives with regards to this Promotion.

11. Participant in this Promotion is everybody who likes this post and leaves a message below the post why he/she or somebody he/she knows should win a Prize.

12. The final registration date is Monday the 17th of February 2020 – 23:59.

13. By participating, the Participant also waives any intellectual property rights. Any copyright resting on the submissions is hereby transferred by the Participant to Global Bridal Service. The Participant is willing, if necessary, to sign a further deed regarding this transfer.

14. In case of (suspicion of) fraud or unlawful manipulation of the Promotion, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude Participants.

15. Participants declare that the information the provide is correct and complete.

III. The Prize

16. A total of one (1) Prize can be won; terms and conditions of MSRP from Global Bridal Service apply with regards to the relevant region/country. The Prize is a Herve Paris Love is Sweet package filled with candy. The Prize can be picked up by the winner at Global Bridal Service as long as the winner is located in the area nearby. The Prize can be shipped by Global Bridal Service to the winner as long as the winner is located abroad.

17. After the final date of the Promotion, an independent jury will select from all Participants one (1) winner with the nicest and most impressive note/message.

18. No correspondence can occur regarding the results.

19. The Prize cannot be exchanged for money or other Prizes and is also not transferrable.

20. Incurred costs and accessories are not included.

21. The winner will be announced in end of February on social media channels of Herve Paris.

22. The Prize will be confirmed by email to the winner within three weeks.

23. No replacement value applies for a Prize not picked up or refused by a winner. On refusal of the Prize, it lapses to the Organiser. Subsequently, it can be decided to still awards the Prize to another Participant, after which they will be announced as final winner. The Prize can also be cancelled; this is to be determined further.

24. The Prize is not valid in combination with other Promotions and/or discounts.

IV. Liability

25. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any additional expenses and/or travelling expenses made by the winner in relation to participation in this competition or rather Promotion and in relation to the acceptation, use or misuse of the Prize.

26. The Organiser, assistants or third parties hired by them are not liable for any damage caused by the Prize awarded be them nor far any damage or injury to the properties and/or persons as consequence of use or application of the awarded Prize.

27. The Organiser is not responsible for the network, computer hardware or software errors of any nature that cause limited, slowed or loss of submissions.

28. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for shortcomings in the Prize to be awarded by them. The Organiser provides warrantied on the Prize to be awarded by them.
